Terms of sale and use

These terms apply to orders placed with HDR Industries Inc. and use of our store. They supplement your order details and our shipping and return policies. They do not limit any right or remedy that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Your configuration

Our steel pickup truck headache racks are made to order according to your selected configuration. Stainless steel installation hardware is included. It is rust resistant, but is not guaranteed to be immune to all corrosion.

Check your vehicle information, dimensions, options and customization in the order summary before confirming your order. Visual previews illustrate your selection; details needed for manufacturing, including any custom design or logo, are confirmed with you before manufacturing. Any agreed changes are documented. No additional charge is added without your prior agreement.

Prices, orders and payment

Prices are in Canadian dollars. The displayed price for a configuration is before applicable taxes. Before you confirm, the final offer shows the goods and services ordered, shipping charges, taxes, the total payable, payment terms and delivery terms. You can review and correct your order, accept it or decline it.

Shipping is free within Quebec. For an address outside Quebec, a complete quote including shipping charges and taxes is provided for your acceptance before any payment.

Any payment required before delivery of a consumer order is made by credit card. A copy of your contract is emailed to you within 15 days of its conclusion in a format you can save and print.

Manufacturing and delivery

The usual manufacturing and delivery time is approximately six weeks after payment. Manufacturing details and the delivery address must be accurate. Any change to the delivery deadline is agreed with you in writing. See our shipping policy for details.

Custom files and logos

By submitting a file, you confirm that you hold the rights or permissions needed to reproduce it on your order. You authorize us only to process and reproduce that file as necessary to prepare and manufacture your order. This authorization does not transfer your ownership rights or allow us to use your logo or file for advertising or marketing.

Installation and use

Follow the installation and maintenance instructions supplied and check compatibility with your vehicle. Contact us before installation if information is missing or you are unsure. These terms do not represent that any particular safety certification or load capacity applies.

Cancellation, returns and warranties

Cancellation requests are assessed case by case, considering the order's progress and rights provided by law. This process does not condition or restrict the exercise of a legal right. Applicable rights to cancel, rescind or terminate are preserved, including those under articles 2125 and 2129 of the Civil Code of Québec where those provisions apply. Applicable legal warranties, including those concerning normal use, reasonable durability, hidden defects and conformity, apply free of charge. Made-to-order manufacturing or customization does not remove them.

For parts, repairs or maintenance information, contact admin@hdr-industries.com with your model and, if available, your order number. This process does not limit your legal warranties.

Privacy

Our store uses Shopify, including its Shopify Network Intelligence Enhanced Services. Read our privacy and cookie policy for information collected, its uses, providers, processing outside Quebec and your choices.

Contract language and applicable rights

Our store and the French version of our terms are available in French. After having access to that version, you may expressly choose to enter into your contract in English. If the language versions differ, your rights under applicable law remain available.

No provision requires arbitration, removes your right to bring proceedings before a competent court or participate in a class action, or releases HDR Industries from responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded. Changes to these terms for future orders do not automatically change a contract already concluded.
