Shipping policy
Free shipping within Quebec
Shipping is free to addresses in Quebec. Your order summary shows delivery arrangements and the total payable before you confirm your order.
Shipping outside Quebec
Shipping charges are quoted before purchase. Send us your configuration and delivery address for a complete offer showing the product price, shipping charges, applicable taxes and total payable. You may accept or decline this offer before making any payment.
We do not ask you to pay for an order while leaving shipping charges to be determined later. If shipping is invoiced separately, its exact amount and the combined total have already been disclosed and accepted before purchase.
Manufacturing and delivery time
Each product is made to order. The usual manufacturing and delivery time is approximately six weeks after payment.
Delivery is made to the address stated in your order. For delivery outside Quebec, shipping arrangements are specified in your quote before you accept it. Check your address and manufacturing details before confirming your order.
If the deadline needs to change, we contact you to agree on a new date in writing. Notice of a delay does not remove your statutory rights.
Late, missing or damaged deliveries
For an order governed by Quebec's distance-contract rules, you may rescind the contract before delivery if the product has not arrived within 30 days after the date agreed in the contract or a later date agreed in writing. If no delivery period or date was given, this right applies after 30 days from the conclusion of the contract. Your other rights and remedies remain applicable.
Contact us if your order does not arrive or the product is damaged on arrival. We will handle the follow-up on your request; using a carrier does not remove our legal delivery obligations. See our return and refund policy for applicable remedies.
