Return and refund policy
Our products are made to order according to your configuration. We assess cancellation, return and exchange requests case by case. This policy does not guarantee a return for a simple change of mind. Your legal warranties and other statutory rights remain applicable.
Cancellation requests
Contact us as soon as you wish to cancel an order. We will review its progress and let you know the outcome of your request. This assessment does not delay or condition a cancellation, rescission or termination to which you are entitled by law.
Manufacturing or customization already underway does not automatically remove your rights or result in forfeiture of all payments. If the law allows an amount to be retained upon termination, it is determined under applicable law, including articles 2125 and 2129 of the Civil Code of Québec where they apply. Any advance payment exceeding the amount legally due is refunded.
Damaged, defective or incorrect products
Contact us if your product arrives damaged, has a defect or does not match your order. Your order number, a description of the issue and photos, if available, will help us assess it. A delayed report or lack of photos does not automatically remove your legal rights.
Legal warranties apply free of charge, including to customized products. Depending on the issue and applicable rights, remedies may include repair, replacement or refund. We will provide the return arrangements needed to process your request.
Returns and refunds required by law
When a contract is rescinded under Quebec's distance-contract rules, we refund all amounts required by law within 15 days of rescission and cover reasonable return costs. The product must be returned in the condition in which it was received, within 15 days of rescission or, if delivered afterwards, within 15 days of delivery.
We do not impose store credit, restocking fees or administrative charges in place of a full refund required by law. Other statutory rights, deadlines and remedies remain applicable.
