A bed cover, toolbox or existing equipment can affect mounting and clearances. Tell HDR about these details to confirm your project.
Our portfolio shows specific installations on Ford, GMC and Ram trucks. It does not replace checking the dimensions of your truck.

- Frame
- HSS steel · 1.5 × 3 in tubing · 0.100 in wall.
- Infill
- Angled flat bars or honeycomb mesh. With flat bars and no logo, the centre remains fully open.
- Mounting
- Stainless steel installation bolts and nuts included. Mounting details are specific to the project.
- Manufacturing
- Made to order by HDR Industries in Coteau-du-Lac, Quebec.
03 / PERSONALIZATION
Your identity.
Even at night.
Choose the HDR logo, a personalized logo or no logo. With flat bars, choose a small or full-height panel. With honeycomb, the logo is integrated into the mesh.
The logo is cut into the front sheet metal. The enclosure has a solid back, painted white inside to reflect the LEDs. HDR logos glow white; personalized logo lighting colour is selectable in the configurator.
Choose gloss powder coating in a broad range of colours, or a LINE-X finish. Honeycomb can have its own colour, which is also used for the logo surround. On-screen colours are illustrative.
04 / FOR THE WAY YOU WORK
Equipment that
completes your rack.
Integrated lighting
Four horizontal lights or six lights aligned with the side tubes. Side marker lights and work-light options.
Ladder horns
Short vertical horns with angled top cuts. They match the frame colour and keep the top clear of beacons and large work lights.
Roofer edition
Two frames linked by 1 × 1 in tubes. Rear frame 1.5 in lower, with no bottom crossmember, four horns and rear side markers. No roof beacons or top work lights. Illustrated ladder not included.

Will the rack fit my truck?
Enter the make, model, year and bed length in the configurator. Tell HDR about your bed cover or other equipment. Dimensions and mounting details must be confirmed for your truck; a photographed installation is a reference for that specific build.
What is included for installation?
The installation bolts and nuts are included and made of stainless steel for corrosion resistance. Contact HDR about mounting details for your bed and cover.
Can my business logo light up?
Yes. The logo is cut through the front metal panel, with LEDs inside the enclosure and a white interior back plate to reflect the light. HDR logos are shown in white; personalized logos can use a selected lighting colour. The screen preview is illustrative.
When will I receive my rack?
Allow approximately six weeks after purchase to receive the rack. This is an estimate; the timing for your project is confirmed with HDR.
How do pricing and delivery work?
The configurator updates the total in Canadian dollars before tax. Delivery within Quebec is free. For delivery outside Quebec, you receive a complete quote including shipping and applicable taxes to accept before payment.
Can I cancel a custom order?
Voluntary cancellation requests are reviewed case by case, without limiting your rights under applicable law. Contact HDR with your order number and consult the sales terms.
